Trails End Court

Pretty much every wall on the main level of this home was modified in the renovation. A centrally located laundry room and powder bath were uprooted and relocated to different locations opening up the plan and providing a much better flow of the space. The addition of a large sliding pass through window in the kitchen and a 12’ folding patio door bring in tons of natural daylight while also connecting the indoors with the outdoors.
