Nestled in a small neighborhood outside Metro Denver, privacy was a major consideration in this home’s design. A central courtyard off the living room offers a semi enclosed private outdoor experience while also separating the common and private spaces on the interior. Also designed for entertaining, the main floor features a large master bedroom wing that is tucked away and private along with a guest suite that enjoys its privacy on the opposite side of the plan.
The basement level ramps up the entertainment by offering a bar area backed by a see-through wine room adjacent to a large family room and golf simulator room.

Focused on durability and low maintenance, the exterior material palette leans heavily towards stucco and standing seam metal panels with accents in wood looking aluminum siding for warmth.

Harnessing the transformative power of Native design build, the homeowners’ dream of a private sanctuary outside Metro Denver came to life. A central courtyard offers seclusion, separating common and private spaces.
