Bear Drive

This contemporary home will be carved into a sloping site situated below an aspen grove at the foot of Steamboat’s Mt. Werner ski area. Focusing on capturing valley views to the West and mountain views to the Northeast, the home opens up on the front facade allowing views galore of the Yampa Valley and surrounding mountains.

Low sloping shed roofs and large expanses of glass combined with exposed steel and wood structural elements define the contemporary aesthetic.
